How do likes work on X now?
Can people see who liked my post?
Not anymore. Since June 2024, only you, the author, can see who liked a post. But the like count is still public. So people see the number, never the names.
Why does a high like count help?
Picture someone scrolling. A post with 2 likes, they keep going. A post with 2,000, they stop and read it to see what everyone liked.
Does X pay for likes?
No. X pays creators on views from Premium users, not likes. And it throws out anything paid for or faked. So likes are about how your post looks, that's it.
Could buying likes on X backfire?
Will X remove them?
It might remove a few. Paid likes are against X's rules. If they drop during the refill window, we add them back.
What does the order need?
Only the link to a public post. We never need your password, and the order starts by itself.
